After Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) won IPL 2024, they received congratulatory messages from all over the world. In this episode, Pakistan's wicketkeeper-batsman Umar Akmal also congratulated KKR on winning the IPL trophy but during this he made a mistake due to which he became the subject of trolling on social media.

Actually, when he congratulated Kolkata Knight Riders for their third IPL title from his ex account, he wrote the wrong spelling of their name. Akmal wrote KKL instead of KKR, due to which he is being trolled. Akmal posted from his ex account and wrote, 'Congratulations to KKL on winning the third IPL trophy.'

Akmal's mistake was noticed by fans on social media and they started trolling him. One user joked, “Congratulations to IPL for winning the third KKL trophy,” while another wrote, “Lord Umar, don't use Twitter after drinking alcohol brother. Learn to write KKR first and then make the hashtag.” While another user wrote, “Brother, which team is this KKL?”
