Lucknow: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced its team for ICC T20 World Cup 2024. Veteran batsman Babar Azam will be seen leading this team. Actually, almost all the countries had already announced their team and Pakistan had not done it till now and now they have also announced the team.

Young opener Sam Ayub, who performed well in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024, has also got a place in the team. At the same time, Mohammad Rizwan and Azam Khan have been included for the role of wicketkeeper. Apart from this, the middle order includes players who play big shots like Fakhar Zaman and Iftikhar Ahmed. At the same time, veteran all-rounder Imad Wasim and fast bowler Mohammad Aamir, who have returned from retirement, have also been given a place in the team.

In the team captained by Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, Mohammad Aamir, Haris Rauf, Naseem Shah and Abbas Afridi will be seen leading the fast bowling. However, now he is fully fit and is currently a part of the 4-match T20I series being played against England.
