2026 ZIM vs BAN 2nd T20I Playing 11: Sikandar Raza-led Zimbabwe will square off against Towhid Hridoy-led Bangladesh in the 2nd T20I match on July 17 at Queen Sports Club, Bulawayo.

Zimbabwe secured a 1-0 lead in the series with a 32-run victory in the 1st game of the series and will be aiming for a win in the upcoming clash to seal the series.

However, the visitors have better record in T20I format securing 17 wins out of 25 games.

Zimbabwe won the toss and opted to bowl. Speaking at the toss, Sikandar Raza said, “There’s a bit of a Harare soil in between Bulawayo soil and there’s a bit more moisture today than the last game.

So I feel like there will be early assistance for our bowlers.

“I think it was impressive all around. Fielding was quite nice as well. I think we managed to pull off 15-20 more than the par wicket. I think the par on that wicket was 155-odd. But then again, to put 171-odd was a very good effort from the boys. So as long as we keep pushing those boundaries, but yeah, when it came to the ball, I think the boys were just top draw.”

Meanwhile, Towhid Hridoy said, “I wanted to bat.

Because all matches we are bowling first, so I wanted to bat today. Yeah, just we wanted to make more partnership. It looks like a good wicket, but as I mentioned, we need to bat well.

Speaking on today Bangladesh Cricket team playing 11, Hridoy said, “Yeah, we have one change. Nasum (Ahmed) not playing, Rishad (Hossain) is playing.
