An in-form Washington Freedom (WAS) will look to carry the momentum when they take on the San Francisco Unicorns (SF) in Eliminator 2 on Thursday, July 16, at the Oakland Coliseum. The winner of the tie will take on the Los Angeles Knight Riders in the showpiece final. 

SF come into the game after losing the Qualifier against the Knight Riders. They were one of the best sides in the group phase, finishing top of the standings with 12 points. 

The Freedom, on the other hand, will be looking to carry the form from Eliminator 1, where they got the better of MI New York.

Steve Smith's side recorded the highest successful run chase in T20 cricket history when they chased down 267, thanks to hundreds from Andries Gous and Smith in the second innings.
