Delhi: The fourth T20 match is being played between England and India in Bristol, in which Team India won the toss and batted first and scored 158/7. Shreyas Iyer (80*) played the captaincy innings for India and scored the second half-century in the series. England has got a target of 159 runs to win.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s bat remained calm

Shreyas Iyer was successful in winning the toss for the sixth consecutive T20 match and decided to bat. Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s bat once again remained calm. He scored 15 runs in 10 balls, which included 1 six and 1 four. Suryavanshi became the victim of Joffra Archer for the second consecutive time. Suryavanshi has been able to score only 42 runs in 3 matches.

Like Vaibhav, Abhishek Sharma (16) and Ishan Kishan (4) also could not show anything special and were settled cheaply. By the score of 48, three big wickets of Team India had fallen. The visiting team looked completely on the back foot.

Shreyas Iyera and Dubey handled the innings

After this, captain Shreyas Iyer and Shivam Dubey took charge and made an important partnership of 53 runs for the fourth wicket. However, the maximum runs came from Iyer’s bat. Dubey could score only 22 runs on 23 balls. His wicket was taken by Will Jacques. Vice-captain Tilak Verma also left after showing a flop show. Iyer remained at the crease till the end. He scored unbeaten 80 runs on 49 balls, which included 4 fours and 5 skyscraper sixes.

Archer and Tong got 2-2 wickets

For England, Joffra Archer and Josh Tong took 2-2 wickets. Archer spent only 20 runs in 4 overs, while Tong gave away 40 runs. Jacques and Adil Rashid achieved 1 success each.
