IND vs IRE 2nd T20I live score: What does India need to win the game?

Indian side will want a good start with the ball as both Arshdeep and Harshit were amazing with the new-ball in the last encounter. Prince Yadav will also have a huge role to play with the ball in the middle-overs as well as the death. 24-year-old was one of the best death bowlers in the recent IPL season and used the change of pace very well.

Axar Patel is the lone spinner in the side and Iyer might look to bring him early in to the attack. 32-year-old just needs one wicket to bring up the 100-wicket mark in T20I format. Shivam Dube and Shedge could also be given a few overs once the ball gets softer.

With the bat, Abhishek and Sanju have to get going and the batters have to show pateince and application. Hopefully the fielding can be better and India can restrict the Irish to a total around 125-140 and chase down the total.

Anything above that on this wicket could prove to be difficult for the chasing side.

Prince had a great season with Lucknow Super Giants where he picked 16 wickets. He also played the ODI series against Afghanistan. Shedge, on the other hand was a late replacement for Nitish Kumar Reddy who was ruled out of the Ireland and England tour due to injury. He is a big hitter of the ball and can also bowl some useful medium pacers.
