Calcutta High Court on Thursday gave a big relief to MP Abhishek Banerjee. Interim relief of 3 weeks has been given on his arrest in the fake signature case. Justice Kaushik Chandra has also directed him to cooperate in the investigation. The court said that he will have to appear at the city police office for questioning at 6 pm on Thursday.
