'Don 3' controversy is now turning into Bollywood's most talked about industry clash. The controversy that started after Ranveer Singh's separation from the film has now reached the 'non-cooperation' action of FWICE. Meanwhile, a big revelation has come to light in this matter. According to reports, an attempt was made to reach an agreement between Ranveer Singh and Excel Entertainment in the presence of many big names of Bollywood in March. It is being told that the actor's team had also offered crores of rupees to compensate for the loss, but Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani were not satisfied with it.

According to reports, an important meeting was held in the first week of March in the presence of many big people from the industry. Many names including Aamir Khan, Sajid Nadiadwala, Karan Johar, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani were included in this meeting. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh's team made a special proposal to Excel Entertainment. Bollywood Hungama's report quoting sources has written that Ranveer Singh's team had offered to pay Rs 10 crore to Excel Entertainment immediately. Apart from this, if Excel did any other film with Ranveer in future, then the actor was also said to give a discount of Rs 25 crores. The report read, “Ranveer's team wanted Excel to receive immediate compensation and maintain a professional relationship in the future.”
According to the report, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani did not agree to this offer. He believed that there was no point in discounting in any future film, because he did not want to work with Ranveer Singh further. Quoting sources, the report reads, "Farhan and Ritesh were clear that after whatever happened in the last two years, they did not want to work with Ranveer Singh. The delays, uncertainty and controversies have caused them financial and professional losses. Therefore, they only wanted immediate compensation."
On the other hand, Ranveer Singh's team's view is said to be different. According to reports, the actor was angry that during the weak phase of his career, Excel Entertainment was looking for options for other artists. There was talk in the industry that there were talks with Hrithik Roshan regarding the film, due to which Ranveer's trust was broken. A source said, "Ranveer felt that if Excel was not fully supporting him in difficult times, then the trust had already been broken. He also did not feel that 'Don 3' was the right follow-up script after 'Dhurandhar'."
Now this matter has become more serious after the 'non-cooperation' instructions issued by FWICE. The controversy which was earlier going on behind closed doors has now come to the fore in front of the entire industry. At present, both the parties are waiting for the next step, but it is believed that the 'Don 3' controversy has created a lot of tension in Bollywood.
