Latest News :- Gary Kirsten and Gillespie were appointed coaches of the Pakistan cricket team. The Pakistan Cricket Board has appointed former South African batsman Gary Kirsten, who coached India when they won the World Cup, and former Australian fast bowler Jason Gillespie as coaches for the ODI and T20 matches. It is also reported that former Pakistan all-rounder Azhar Mohammad will work with him as the assistant coach for all formats of the tournament.

Pakistan cricket team will tour England in May. Gary Kirsten is expected to coach in that series. The Pakistan cricket team failed to qualify for the knockout rounds of the 50-over World Cup in India late last year. After this, the team's head coach Grant Bradburn, director Mickey Arthur, bowling coach Morne Morkel and batting coach Andrew Buttick were sacked. And Babar Azam left the captaincy.
