The Punjab Kings vs Delhi Capitals match in Dharamsala on Friday was just the second time in IPL history that only fast bowlers were used in an IPL match.

The last time this happened was back in the inaugural edition of the IPL, in the match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Chennai Super Kings at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

PBKS’ Yuzvendra Chahal and DC’s Axar Patel, two frontline spinners in the IPL, were part of the playing XI but did not bowl a single ball today.
