SRH vs DC: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has already strongly presented its claim for the title with its third consecutive win in IPL 2026. In this win of SRH against Delhi Capitals, Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Malinga grabbed all the attention but there was one bowler who got his name registered in the history of SRH by taking 3 wickets in a single over. This bowler is Harsh Dubey, who took 3 wickets in the last over.
Against Delhi Capitals in the match played on 21 April Hyderabad Made a big score of 242 runs and then won by a good margin of 47 runs. Abhishek Sharma's innings of 135 runs (not out) had the biggest role in this victory, on the basis of which the team reached this score. After this, Sri Lankan fast bowler Malinga played a big role in putting a break on Delhi's innings, who took maximum 4 wickets.
Although the result of the match was clear by the 18th over of Delhi's innings, the entire 20 overs had to be played. Delhi needed 51 runs in the last over and hence captain Ishan Kishan handed the ball to left-arm spinner Harsh Dubey. Harsh had bowled one over and given 10 runs in it. It seemed that the margin of defeat would be reduced by scoring some boundaries in the 20th over. But this did not happen and Dubey restricted Delhi to 195 runs by taking 3 wickets in the last over.
With this amazing performance in the last over, Harsh Dubey registered his name in the history of IPL and especially Hyderabad. Actually, this was the first time that a spinner of Sunrisers Hyderabad took 3 wickets in the 20th over. This happened only for the fifth time in IPL history. Before him, Amit Mishra, Adam Zampa, Rahul Tewatia and Krunal Pandya were the only spinners who took 3 wickets in the 20th over of the innings. But none of them were part of SRH, so Harsh Dubey's feat is very special.
