It is rarely seen that every day or every match is the same in cricket. One day a player or team is on the throne and the next day they have to face the ground reality. This is a very common thing in a very difficult T20 league like IPL. This happens especially often with those players who have just arrived. In IPL 2026, this was exactly the story of Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler Praful Hinge, who achieved great success in just 2 matches and
young fast bowler Praful Hinge Made his debut in IPL 2026 and created a stir in the first match itself. Not only in the first match, but in the very first over of his IPL career, this bowler surprised everyone. While playing against Rajasthan Royals, Prafulla took 3 wickets in the first over itself and did not even allow all three batsmen to open their account. Praful was hit in that match by taking 4 wickets.
3 wickets in the first over was a historic achievement but the most talked about was the wicket of Vaibhav Suryavanshi. Vaibhav, who had thrashed big bowlers, was sent back to the pavilion by Prafulla without opening his account on a single ball. But despite the heights that Praful saw on the basis of this brilliant achievement, he had to face the bitter reality of IPL in his very next match. He was also given the first over against Chennai Super Kings but this time instead of a wicket, he got 3 boundaries.

But Praful's second over proved to be even worse and the reason for this was Vaibhav Suryavanshi's special friend Ayush Mhatre. This young batsman from Chennai showed the SRH pacer's balls only to the boundary in the third over. Ayush started this over with a six and after that he hit 4 consecutive fours. Meanwhile, Praful also scored 2 wides. SRH pacer gave away 24 runs in this over. Overall, he spent 39 runs in his 2 overs.
However, Ayush Mhatre could not last long after this and his innings ended unfortunately. Actually, Mhatre was batting very well but suddenly cramps started in his legs, due to which he was in pain. After examination by the physio, he decided to play further but it became difficult for him to hit big shots. In this attempt he lost his wicket. He scored 30 runs in just 13 balls.
