Iyer, Prabhsimran lead PBKS to a seven-wicket win over MI

Prabhsimran Singh scored an unbeaten 80 not out as Punjab Kings thumped Mumbai Indians by 7 wickets in their fifth IPL 2026 match at Wankhede Stadium on Thursday. He faced 39 balls and hit 11 fours and 2 sixes.

Captain Shreyas Iyer posted 66 runs off 35 balls, laced with 5 fours and 4 sixes.

Iyer and Prabhsimran added 139 runs for the third wicket.

Allah Ghazanfar took two wickets for Mumbai.

Earlier, Quinton de Kock amassed an unbeaten 112 off 62 to take MI to 195 for six. De Kock scripted a 122-run stand with Naman Dhir (50) and then added 41 off 23 balls with captain Hardik Pandya (14). Arshdeep Singh (3/22) was the pick of the bowlers.
