Teams still have until May 25 to decide their final squad. Here, we take a look at the list of three Indians who may still be left out of the 2024 T20 World Cup squad.

It will not be a surprise if Team India makes some changes in the final squad. He has done this in previous editions as well. Therefore, some unlucky players may be removed from the setup.

1) Yuzvendra Chahal

Chahal's performance has been poor since his selection in the Indian team. It has nothing to do with this but he has been giving away runs on important occasions for his team. Given that Kuldeep Yadav has been in great form and given the fact that India have both Axar and Jadeja, Chahal could still be dropped from the setup. India may consider adding an additional fast bowler.

2) Arshdeep Singh

Arshdeep Singh is one of the Indians who may still be left out of the 2024 T20 World Cup squad. Arshdeep Singh's performance in IPL 2024 has been poor. Among left-arm Indian fast bowlers, T Natarajan, Khaleel Ahmed and Yash Dayal have performed better than him. So it would not be a surprise if we see one of them replacing Arshdeep. Khalil is also one of the traveling reserves in the team.

3) Shivam Dubey

It would be unfair to rule out a high-risk player like Dubey because of two failures. However, sometimes, management may think differently. Abhishek Sharma is performing well and Rinku Singh is an established finisher anyway. In such a situation, these players can be in the field.
