On the contrary, there are some players who have been playing in IPL for many years, they play well and that is why they played a lot of matches but their luck was such that they never got the Man of the Match award. Actually this discussion started when Ravi Bishnoi, playing for Rajasthan Royals in the match against Gujarat Titans on 4th April, got the Man of the Match award for his match-winning bowling of 4-41 in 4 overs.

Vijay Shankar has been a part of the league since 2014 and has never won the Man of the Match award in 78 IPL matches.
