Delhi: If the Indian team reaches the last four stage of the upcoming ICC major tournament, they will play the second semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2024 in Guyana on June 27. As per the ICC playing conditions for the tournaments in the United States of America (USA) and West Indies, the reserve day has been kept only for the final in Barbados on 29 June. If India makes it to the semi-finals, they will play in the second semi-final to be scheduled.

The schedule has been decided keeping in mind the timing of the semi-finals in Trinidad and Guyana. The first semi-final in Trinidad on June 26 is at night, while the second semi-final in Guyana is during the day.

The second semi-final will start at 8.30 pm Indian time and if the game is affected by weather, there will be an additional time of 250 minutes. Extra time for the first semi-final will be implemented in two days. June 30 will be the reserve day for the final to be held on June 29. Extra time will be added in each semi-final to complete the match, which will be a total of 250 minutes.

Indian team will play a warm-up match

At the same time, the Indian team was scheduled to leave for New York on May 21, immediately after the end of the IPL league phase.
