Sameer Rizvi was again the difference as the Delhi Capitals defeated the Mumbai Indians by 6 wickets in their second match of the Indian Premier League. He scored 90 runs off 51 balls, laced with 7 fours and 7 sixes. Delhi reached the target of 163 in 18.4 overs. KL Rahul (1) and Nitish Rana (0) were dismissed early, but Rizvi and Pathum Nissanka
kept the scoreboard ticking, with the latter posting 44 runs in 30 balls, with the help of 6 fours and 1 six.
David Miller (21*) and Tristan Stubbs (3*) remained unbeaten. For MI, Mitchell Santner and Corbin Bosch picked up one wicket each.

Mukesh claimed two scalps while Lungi Ngidi, Axar Patel, Vipraj Nigam and T Natarajan got rid of one batter each.
