The Royal Challengers Bengaluru head into the Indian Premier League 2026 season with renewed hopes and a balanced squad. With a mix of experienced stars and emerging talents, the RCB’s predicted playing 11 for IPL 2026 has sparked plenty of discussion among fans and experts alike.

The captain Rajat Patidar will come to bat at no.4 as he will be perfect against spin in the middle overs.

RCB Opening Match in IPL 2026

As per the IPL 2026 schedule, RCB will play their opener match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on March 28 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.

With players like Virat Kohli to lead the side from front, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru will be aiming for its title defence in the 19th edition of the tournament.
