IPL 2026, SRH 2nd Practice Match: Every team is preparing for IPL 2026 in its own way. Some are focused on playing practice matches among themselves. Sunrisers Hyderabad is one of them, which played its second intra-squad match on the evening of 22 March.
But, the picture seen in it was scary because neither Abhishek Sharma nor Ishaan Kishan walked. However, the bats of these two batsmen had roared the loudest in the first practice match of SRH, but both of them could not repeat that innings in the second practice match. Even though Abhishek and Ishaan failed, in the second practice match of SRH, 22-year-old stormy player Ravichandran Smaran created a lot of havoc.SRH players divided into two teams, A and B, and played the second practice match. Many players got a chance to play for both the teams and some even batted again.
SRH -A batted first and were all out for 193 runs in 19.3 overs. Ishan Kishan had come out to open for SRH-A, but he was caught out on the third ball itself. Ishan Kishan scored just 4 runs. Nitish Reddy scored the highest score of 73 runs in 40 balls for SRH-A. During this, Reddy had completed his half-century in 33 balls.SRH B got the target of 194 runs. Abhishek Sharma came to start the innings from his side, who was out without opening the account on the very first ball of his innings.
In this way he reminded of the ongoing failure in T20 World Cup 2026. But, since it was a practice match, he got a chance to bat again and this time he scored unbeaten 21 runs in 7 balls at a strike rate of more than 300 and returned after leading the team to victory.ABHISHEK GETS OUT FIRST BALL!!
