Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson has won the toss and elected to bat first against Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League 2024. “The pitch looks good and it is a day game. There will be no dew in the evening so it is better to bat first. We will have to do things right to win today’s game. The focus is on the way we have played so far. It is good to score runs as a batter but results should also go your way. If you are losing the games, you feel that something went missing,” Sanju Samson said.

Ruturaj Gaikwad was ready to bat or bowl. “There will be no dew in the evening so it takes out the toss advantage. We will have to win the contest to keep our playoff hopes alive.
