IPL 2026 SRH Head Coach

Former New Zealand cricketer Daniel Vettori is the head coach of the SRH for the IPL 2026 season.

Daniel Vettori started his coaching career in 2014 when he was appointed as the head coach of RCB in 2014. Vettori remained in the position till 2018 before being replaced by Gary Kirsten.

Before joining SRH in 2023, he worked with multiple national and domestic teams. He was appointed as a spin bowling coach for the Bangladesh national side in 2019. In August 2019, Vettori was appointed as the head coach of the CPL franchise Barbados Royals.

In May 2022, Vettori joined the Australian men’s national team as an assistant coach. In 2023, he was appointed as the head coach of SRH.

IPL 2026 SRH Bowling Coach

Former New Zealand cricketer James Franklin is SRH’s fast bowling coach, while former Sri Lankan legendary spinner Muttiah Muralitharan is the team’s spin bowling and strategic coach.

Following his IPL retirement in 2014, Muralitharan was roped in as the bowling coach and mentor of the Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2015. His IPL 2026 appearance will mark his 11th anniversary with the Hyderabad-based franchise.
