Hyderabad. A heartbreaking incident has come to light from Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, which has put humanity to shame. In Bowrampet area here, a 21-year-old Kalyugi mother brutally killed her own two-month-old baby. The reason behind this soul-shattering incident that has come to light has left everyone stunned. It is being said that the mother, irritated by the child’s continuous crying, threw him into the burning stove.
Rajendra, originally from Madhya Pradesh, used to work as a laborer and watchman in Hyderabad along with his wife Mamta. When Rajendra returned from work to the labor quarter around 11 am on Tuesday morning, he was shocked. He saw that his wife was throwing her own little child into the fire of the stove. By the time the angry father tried to save the child, the innocent child was already dead.
When the police reached the spot, the innocent body was found in a very gruesome condition. According to the police, before killing the child, the woman had stuffed a cloth in his mouth so that his screams could not come out and had blindfolded him. There were deep burn marks on the entire body of the innocent child. On Rajendra’s complaint, the police have taken the accused woman into custody and sent the body for post-mortem.
A shocking aspect is emerging in the preliminary investigation of the police. Officials suspect that the woman was suffering from ‘postpartum depression’ (stress after the birth of a child). It is being told that after the birth of the child, the woman did not get any support at the family or social level, due to which she was under deep mental stress. The continuous crying of the child increased his frustration to such an extent that he took such a dreadful step.
Local police officials said that the accused mother has been arrested and a case of murder has been registered. The police are now investigating whether the woman was already a victim of any mental illness or whether this murder was part of a well-planned conspiracy. This incident has created an atmosphere of mourning and panic in the entire Bowrampet area.
