Chasing 105, the Men in Yellow completed the chase in 9.4 overs, with captain Mitchell Marsh scoring 64 runs off 33 balls, laced with 7 fours and 4 sixes. He shared a 93-run stand with Travis Head, who amassed 32 runs off 19 deliveries. Earlier, Australia bowlers dismissed Oman for 104 in 16.2 overs. Wasim Ali (32) was the top run-getter for the associate nation.
Adam Zampa (4 wickets), Glenn Maxwell (2 wickets) and Xavier Bartlett (2 wickets) were impressive with the ball.
