Nepal vs Italy: Nepal had to face a crushing defeat against Italy at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Italy is playing the T20 World Cup for the first time and this team achieved its first win in its second match. The Italian team won this match in just 76 balls. Nepal team could not even take down a single wicket of Italy. Italy chased the target of 124 runs in 12.4 overs.

The script of Italy's victory was written by its batsmen and bowlers. Italy's openers Justin Mosca and Anthony Mosca scored unbeaten half-centuries. Justin scored an unbeaten 60 runs, while Anthony scored an unbeaten 62 runs. Let us tell you that both these players are brothers and both became a disaster for Nepal. Together these two players hit 9 sixes and 8 fours. Italy chased the score with a run rate of 9.7, which is a big thing.

Krishna Kalugamage created history

Leg spinner Krishna Kalugamage became the hero of Italy's first T20 World Cup victory. This leg spinner took 3 wickets for 18 runs in 4 overs and was given the Player of the Match award. This leg spinner took important wickets of Nepal captain Rohit Poudel, Deependra Singh Ari and Gulshan Jha, due to which Nepal team could score only 123 runs in 20 overs.

Nepal team failed miserably

Nepal team, which performed brilliantly against England, failed miserably against Italy. Team's opener Kushal Bhurtel was out after scoring only 5 runs. Asif Sheikh scored 20 runs, Rohit Poudel played an inning of 23 runs. Deependra Singh Erri scored 17 runs. No batsman from Nepal could score big, as a result the team could not score big.
