Leask scored unbeaten 22 runs in 5 balls against Italy. He hit 2 sixes and 2 fours. His strike rate in this innings was 440. This is the highest strike rate in an innings of at least 20 runs in T20 World Cup history. Earlier this record was in the name of former West Indies batsman Dwayne Smith, who had scored 29 runs in 7 balls against Bangladesh in 2007. However, Yuvraj Singh has the highest strike rate in fifty plus score. Who scored 58 runs in 16 balls against England in the 2007 T20 World Cup and his strike rate was 362.5.
