The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 season came to an end on Thursday Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) beat Delhi Capitals (DC) by six wickets in the final.

As has been customary, a ‘Most Valuable Player’ or player of the tournament was awarded every season. In 2026, it was Sophie Devine of Gujarat Giants who claimed the award.
The all-rounder was a crucial performer for the Giants throughout the league stage, scoring 243 runs and picking 17 wickets in nine innings.
