Delhi: The 57th match of the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) was played between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Wednesday. Hyderabad's opening pair batted stormily and helped their team win the match in just 9.4 overs. With this, this became SRH's seventh win of the current season, while Lucknow's sixth defeat.
With this victory, Sunrisers have taken a strong step towards the playoffs. Meanwhile, a video is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul and franchise owner Sanjeev Goenka are seen speaking. After SSG's defeat, KL Rahul was seen talking to Sanjiv Goenka, but from Goenka's body language it seemed that he was angry with Lucknow's performance. On the other hand, the LSG captain is trying to explain something to them.

LSG's explosive victory
If we talk about the match, in this match Lucknow, batting first, scored 165 runs at the loss of 4 wickets in 20 overs. After this, the opening pair of Hyderabad thrashed the bowlers of Lucknow. Hyderabad won the match in just 9.4 overs. Batting for them, Head scored unbeaten 89* runs in 30 balls in this match. Head hit 8 fours and 8 sixes during his innings. Apart from this, Abhishek Sharma played an unbeaten inning of 75* runs on 28 balls. He hit 8 fours and 6 sixes in his innings. This is Hyderabad's seventh win in 12 matches this season. Now Hyderabad has 14 points in the points table. With this they have strengthened their claim for the playoffs.
