Along with Team India’s national team, India-A team will also take part in the warm-up matches for the World Cup and for this, the selection committee of BCCI has announced the team on Monday under the captaincy of Ayush Badoni. Team India’s key team member Tilak Verma, who has been suffering from injury for some time, has also been included in this team.

India-A team will play 2 matches in the World Cup warm-up matches, where they will face associate teams like USA and Namibia. BCCI has specially prepared India-A team for the preparation of these teams. With this, India’s rising stars will also get a chance to prove themselves in the warm-up matches of the World Cup.
