Meerut: A three-day employment Mahakumbh will be organized in Meerut from 26th February. This Mahakumbh will run from 24 to 26 February. 80 to 100 reputed companies will participate every day. Efforts will be made to get appointment letters to about 12 thousand youth on the spot. Interested youth will have to register online by visiting rojgarsangam.up.gov.in on the employment department’s Rojgar Sangam portal.

Assistant Director (regional office employment department, Meerut) Shashi Bhushan Upadhyay told that Employment Mahakumbh is going to be organized in Meerut in the month of February. Time has been fixed for Employment Mahakumbh. This employment Mahakumbh will be organized on 24, 25 and 26 February.

80 to 100 companies will be involved: Shashibhushan Upadhyay said that every day 80 to 100 companies from Delhi-NCR and surrounding cities will participate in the Employment Mahakumbh. For this, maximum private sector companies of Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ghaziabad, Meerut, and Baghpat have been contacted. Any youth from the entire state can participate in this Employment Mahakumbh.

The entire process is free: Shashibhushan Upadhyay said that for this the youth will have to register online by visiting rojgarsangam.up.gov.in on Rojgar Sangam portal. If any youth is not able to register for some reason, then he can come to Employment Mahakumbh and give an interview. Can process the registration on the spot itself. The entire process of this employment fair is free.

Opportunity for 10th passed youth also: Shashi Bhushan Upadhyay told that in this Employment Mahakumbh, graduate or 12th pass youth will be selected at the minimum pay scale of around Rs 12 thousand per month to Rs 15000 thousand per month. However, some health care sector companies will also provide jobs to 10th pass youth, whose salary will start from Rs 10,000.

Chance to get a job worth Rs 35 to 50 thousand: Shashi Bhushan Upadhyay said that youth with B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA and MCA, BBA, MBA and other technical degrees can get jobs worth Rs 35,000 to Rs 50,000 per month. In this Employment Mahakumbh, appointment letters for 12 thousand posts will be given to the youth.
