Riyan Parag Comeback: The Indian cricket team has performed amazingly before the T20 World Cup, it has defeated New Zealand in the first three matches of the five-match T20 series. However, now this team is in a mood to take a big decision in view of the T20 World Cup. There are reports that if Washington Sundar is not fit, then all-rounder Riyan Parag can play in his place in the T20 World Cup. BCCI has instructed the Center of Excellence to keep Riyan Parag ready for the match. The interesting thing is that Riyan Parag has also passed the Yo-Yo test, which means now there is no doubt about his fitness.

Riyan Parag will replace Sundar

Washington Sundar's injury is becoming a boon for Riyan Parag. Sundar was injured during the first ODI against New Zealand. His left rib was stretched. Due to this he was out of ODI series and T20 series. Now it is being said that it will be difficult for him to be fit till the T20 World Cup. According to the news, it will take about two weeks for him to be completely fit, due to which it is difficult for him to be available in the first match of India's T20 World Cup to be held in Mumbai on 7th February. This is the reason why Riyan Parag has been asked to be prepared.

Riyan Parag had surgery

Riyan Parag has been in CoE for the last three weeks to recover from a shoulder injury, for which he even had to undergo surgery. The 24-year-old Parag made a comeback during the Ranji Trophy earlier this month, but his injury resurfaced during the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, due to which he was ruled out of the Vijay Hazare Trophy. If Riyan Parag plays the T20 World Cup, he will make Team India stronger because he can play the role of match finisher and also his off-spin and excellent fielding can be useful to the team.
