Virat Kohli visited Mahakal, took blessings before Indore ODI

The last match of the 3-match ODI series between India and New Zealand will be played in Indore on Sunday. Currently both the teams are tied at 1-1 in the series. Before this important match, Indian cricket team coach Gautam Gambhir and batting coach Sitanshu Kotak along with their other colleagues reached Mahakal Temple in Ujjain. Here he took the blessings of Baba Mahakal.

Virat Kohli and Kuldeep Yadav also reached Mahakal temple on Saturday morning. During this time, the team’s fielding coach T Dilip was also seen with him. Both Virat and Kuldeep have deep faith in Lord Mahakal and whenever they get time, they reach Ujjain to have darshan of Baba Mahakal.

Virat and Kuldeep participated in Bhasma Aarti

On Saturday morning, Virat Kohli and Kuldeep Yadav participated in the Bhasma Aarti at Mahakal Temple and performed the ritual puja. During this, both the players took blessings from Baba Mahakal. Virat Kohli and Kuldeep Yadav sat in the aarti and worshiped Lord Shiva for about two hours.

Virat Kohli also clicked some pictures while visiting Mahakal Temple. He was seen sitting near the Nandi statue in the main courtyard of the temple, while fielding coach T Dilip was also behind him.

Kuldeep Yadav talked to the media

After the puja, Kuldeep Yadav spoke to the media and said that the experience of darshan was very good. He said, “Our entire team had come, we felt relieved. If Mahakal ji is pleased, we will perform well in the upcoming T20 World Cup as well.” Along with this, he said about Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma that both are legends of cricket and being with them gives a lot of energy to the team. Kuldeep also said that the performance of the young players of the team is also very good.

Last match of ODI series on 18 January in Indore

The last match of the 3-match ODI series between India and New Zealand will be played on January 18 in Indore. Before this match, all the Indian players have reached Indore, while some players have taken time out from their busy schedule and gone to Ujjain to have darshan of Baba Mahakal.
