Five years later, India hosted the West Indies in a bilateral series here, and the match continues to be remembered till date, as veteran opener Virender Sehwag had scored his first-ever double century, by smashing 219 in the day-night fixture.

Sehwag's score long-remained a record for the highest individual score in ODIs. India also achieved their highest-ever total in ODIs in the same match, as they got to 418-5.
