Former Indian skipper Rohit Sharma's viral training video has taken social media by storm, with fans stunned by his noticeably leaner look ahead of the upcoming India-New Zealand ODI series. As India gears up for the three-match contest starting January 11 in Vadodara, Rohit’s transformation has once again grabbed the attention of everyone.
The veteran batter will be in action again when India takes on New Zealand in the three-ODI series beginning Sunday. Rohit arrived in Vadodara ahead of the first ODI and is expected to play a crucial role alongside Virat Kohli.
Having retired from Test cricket in May last year, Rohit is fully focused on white-ball cricket, particularly ODIs.The viral clip shows Rohit batting in the nets, looking sharper and fitter than ever. Several fans commented that he appeared “barely recognisable,” with some even claiming he looked “thinner than Kohli.” Furthermore, Rohit was seen wearing a new helmet during the session.
