Scene during the attack on mafia Vinay Tyagi

Rishikesh: Vinay Tyagi, the notorious mafia don of western Uttar Pradesh, has died during treatment at AIIMS Rishikesh. Tyagi was on ventilator after the attack in Haridwar. The post-mortem of his body will be done today at AIIMS. It is noteworthy that three days ago, miscreants carried out this murder in Haridwar when the police was taking Vinay Tyagi for appearance in the court.

Masked miscreants surrounded a police vehicle on a bridge and opened fire indiscriminately. In the video going viral on social media, it can be seen that the miscreants kept firing several rounds in the presence of the police and easily escaped. After this firing in Haridwar on Wednesday, Vinay Tyagi was referred to Rishikesh AIIMS in critical condition. He was on life support system (ventilator) for the last two days, but he died this morning.

Vinay Tyagi’s crime network is spread in many states

Vinay Tyagi is a notorious criminal, whose crime network extends to Delhi, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Maharashtra apart from Uttar Pradesh. Before his arrest, he was dodging the police by hiding in many states. Around 60 criminal cases of murder, extortion, arms smuggling and kidnapping are registered against Tyagi. Vinay Tyagi had entered the world of crime at a very young age. Gradually he strengthened his organization and spread it in many states. He also used to supply weapons from one state to another. More than two dozen people are said to be involved in his gang.
