Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Lucknow Super Giants by 98 runs in the Indian Premier League 2024. With their eighth win and 16 points, the Knights became the second team after Rajasthan Royals to qualify for the playoffs. Kolkata have dethroned Rajasthan from the top spot on the basis of run-rate.
