Team India's superstar batsman Virat Kohli, who returned to Vijay Hazare Trophy after almost 15 years, has made a comeback in this tournament. Playing for his Delhi team, Virat had made a memorable comeback by scoring a tremendous century in the very first match. But he was not satisfied with just this and once again this batsman batted brilliantly and scored a quick half-century. Playing his second match in the tournament, Kohli showed that he is in full form in this format by scoring a half-century in just 29 balls.
Delhi's second match of the Vijay Hazare Trophy was played against Gujarat on Friday, 26 December, at BCCI's Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru. While in the last match, Delhi had to chase the target while batting in the second innings, this time it had to come out to bat first. By this time he had hit 11 fours and 1 six. In this way, Kohli continued the aggressive style of the last match here too and stole the show with his stormy batting.
