However, after losing to England by just four runs, the Harmanpreet Kaur-led side brought Jemimah back into the side, and she smashed an unbeaten 76 off 55 balls to help the hosts notch up a morale-boosting win.However, the best was yet to come in the semi-final against Australia, where the 25-year-old played the innings of her life, amassing an unbeaten 127 off 134 balls, which helped India chase down a record-breaking 339-run target in Navi Mumbai. Jemimah finished the tournament with 292 runs from seven innings at an average of 58.40 and a strike rate of 101.04, playing a massive role in the triumph.
2. Smriti Mandhana

Smriti Mandhana was the epitome of consistency during the campaign. She provided fantastic starts to her team. The Maharashtra-born opening batter's standout innings came in the virtual quarter-final clash against New Zealand, when she scored 109 off 95 balls.
During the 10-team tournament, Smriti finished as the second-highest run-getter and the highest for the Indians.
In nine innings, she slammed 434 runs at an average of 54.25 and a strike rate of 99.09. The left-handed batter also played an important knock of 45 runs in the final against South Africa, making invaluable contributions in the unforgettable victory. 1. Deepti Sharma

Deepti Sharma provided magnificent performances for India with both bat and ball.
She scored 215 runs in seven innings at an average of 30.71 and a strike rate of 90.33. With the ball, she finished as the highest wicket-taker, accounting for 22 scalps at an average of 20.40.In the final, she scored a run-a-ball half-century. In their second innings, the 28-year-old picked up five wickets in 9.3 overs, giving away just 39 runs. She won the Player of the Series award for her all-round contributions during the campaign.
