Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah held an important meeting with officials of the Special Investigation Team and directed them to take steps to arrest Prajwal Revanna soon. A press release issued by the Chief Minister's Office said, 'Prajwal Revanna, the main accused in the sexual harassment case, has gone missing. 'Look out notice' has been issued against him. SIT officials explained to the Chief Minister that intensive search is also going on.

Steps should be taken to arrest Prajwal Revanna immediately. Strict and decisive action should be taken against all those involved in this matter. The Chief Minister emphasized that delay and indifference in this matter will not be tolerated.

We will take appropriate action and make arrests. There is a possibility that CBI may issue a 'Blue Corner Notice' order in this case. This will speed up the investigation. Officials of the Special Investigation Team said that they will arrest the accused after receiving information from the airports and bring him back.

Blue Corner Notice: It is noteworthy that 'Blue Corner Notice' is issued by the International Police Cooperation Organization to get information about the identity, location or crime related activities of a person from its member countries.

The Special Investigation Team has requested India's Interpol or CBI to issue a 'Blue Corner Notice' order against Prajwal Revanna. People familiar with the matter said that once the CBI issues this notice order, the STI is expected to get information about Revanna's whereabouts.

Meanwhile news came that Prajwal Revanna had fled abroad. Therefore the police has issued a lookout notice against him.

In this case, a 44-year-old former Panchayat member of Hassan has filed a complaint. It reads, “3 years ago I went to meet Prajwal Revanna to help 2 students get admission in college. He then took me to the bedroom and sexually assaulted me at gunpoint.

He made a video of it and threatened to post it on the internet. They threatened me and sexually harassed me for three years.” After this, Hassan police has registered a case against Prajwal Revanna under 8 sections including sexual harassment.

Meanwhile, the victim's mother lodged a complaint against Prajwal's father and Mazda MLA Revanna alleging that Prajwal had kidnapped the 25-year-old woman, who had filed a complaint against Revanna. After this, the police who rescued the woman have registered a case against Revanna and Majad executive Satish Bhavanna under 4 sections.

The statement given by the woman said, “Revanna and Majad executive Satish Bhavanna contacted me on my cell phone and threatened me. He threatened to withdraw the case against Prajwal. After my refusal, Satish Bhavana took me to Mysuru in his car.
