NEW DELHI: Tilak Varma added another feather to his cap during the third T20I against South Africa, continuing his impressive rise in the shortest format.

The stylish left-hander completed 4000 runs in T20 cricket, reaching the landmark in just 125 innings. The milestone underlines his ability to score runs regularly while adapting to different roles in the batting order.

With this achievement, he has gone past senior Indian batsman Shubman Gill and legendary Virat Kohli in terms of innings to 4000 T20 runs.
