Delhi: India’s 14-year-old young batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi played a brilliant inning of 171 runs against UAE in the ACC Under-19 Asia Cup 2025. He gave a great start to India by playing this innings in the match played at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai on Friday, 12th December. This inning of his makes him the second highest scorer in Under 19 ODI for India.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi played record innings
Suryavanshi batted very fast. He completed his half-century in 30 balls and century in 56 balls. His innings included five fours and nine sixes. India had lost the wicket of captain Ayush Mhatre in the opening over, but Suryavanshi came and took control of the match and put the team in a strong position.
By scoring 171 runs, he played the second highest Indian innings after Ambati Rayudu’s record of 177 runs. Earlier, he was at tenth position in the list of top scorers, but this innings took him to second position.
