Her marriage with Palash Muchhal was scheduled on 23 November 2025 in Sangli, Maharashtra, but the ceremony was postponed due to the sudden illness of Smriti's father Srinivas Mandhana. The father was admitted to the hospital with symptoms of a heart attack, and later Palash also fell ill from stress and fatigue.
