The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 auction will be held in New Delhi on Thursday, November 27, ahead of the fourth edition of the tournament. A total of 277 players will be up for bidding for 73 available slots across five franchises.

The Right to Match (RTM) option has been introduced, allowing franchises to match the highest bid for a former player during the auction and reacquire her.

Here is a look at some of the players on whom teams could potentially exercise the RTM option at the WPL 2026 auction:

UP Warriorz (4 RTMs) — Alysa of the world, Deepti Sharma, the Church, Sophie

Gujarat Giants (3 RTMs) — Laura Wolverardt, Phoebe Litchfield, The Harry Deol

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (1 RTM) — Renuka Singh Thakur

(Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals have no RTMs since they retained five players — the most a team could)
