The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on Thursday, added ChatGPT and Kingfisher as its premier commercial partners of the Women’s Premier League for the next two seasons.
Bisleri was unveiled as the beverage sponsor, with the three adding to the league’s existing cohort of commercial partners, TATA Group, Sintex, Herbalife and CEAT.
“The WPL continues to redefine what women’s sport can achieve, both on and off the field,” Jayesh George, WPL’s chairperson, said.
“The addition of esteemed partners such as ChatGPT, Kingfisher and Bisleri brings immense value to our ecosystem and reflects the league’s strong connection with a new generation of fans.”

ChatGPT is OpenAI’s AI-powered conversational assistant that understands and responds to people in natural, human-like language, while Kingfisher — a subsidiary of United Breweries Limited — has been in Indian sports commerce for more than a decade, including football, cricket and motorsports.
The new agreements are collectively valued at ₹48 crore and will cover the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
“The WPL has emerged as one of the most impactful sporting properties globally, and the confidence shown by leading international and Indian brands is a strong endorsement of its remarkable growth,” Mithun Manhas, the president of BCCI, said.
