Kohli has a chance to break Sachin Tendulkar’s record of scoring most centuries. Additionally, he can become the first player to score 10,000 runs only in bilateral ODIs. So far, he has 9,936 runs in bilateral ODIs and he needs only 64 runs to create history.
37-year-old Kohli already has the record of scoring most runs in bilateral ODIs. He achieved this record from MS Dhoni, who has 7,669 runs in his name. AB de Villiers, Kumar Sangakkara and Sachin Tendulkar are at third, fourth and fifth positions.
