An amazing performance was seen from Sachin Tendulkar's son Arjun Tendulkar in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2025-26. He played an important role in the Goa team against Chandigarh. In this T20 match played at Kolkata Eden Gardens, despite losing the toss, Goa, batting first, scored 173 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, the entire Chandigarh team was reduced to just 121 runs in 19 overs. Arjun Tendulkar's powerful bowling destroyed Chandigarh's batting.

However, Lalit Yadav played a strong innings and scored unbeaten 82 runs facing 49 balls. During this, he hit 6 fours and 4 sixes. Due to which Goa team was successful in scoring 173 runs.

After this, he took 1 more wicket while spending only 12 runs in the remaining 2 overs. That is, he took a total of 3 wickets for 17 runs in 4 overs, due to which the Chandigarh team was all out after scoring 121 runs in 19 overs.
