U-19 Tri-Series: In the fifth match of the tri-series being played in Bengaluru, Afghanistan Under-19 team was defeated by India B Under-19 team by 2 wickets in a thrilling match. India won with 11 balls to spare. Batting first, Afghanistan team scored 202 runs in 50 overs. It was not easy to achieve this target on this difficult wicket but Vedant Trivedi scored 83 runs and BK Kishore scored 29 not out to help India-B Under 19 team win.

However, in this match, Rahul Dravid's son Anvay proved to be a huge flop and was out on zero on the very first ball. BK Kishore was chosen as the hero of the team's victory, who apart from scoring unbeaten 29 runs, performed brilliantly with the ball and took 3 wickets for just 19 runs in 10 overs. This player was chosen player of the match. This is India B's first win in the India Under 19 ODI Tri Series and they are at the bottom of the points table.
