New Delhi: Dharmendra News Live Updates: According to IANS, Bollywood actor Dharmendra has passed away. He returned home from the hospital only on 12 November. Dharmendra was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on 31 October. But he was discharged at around 7.30 am on 12th November. Since then he was undergoing treatment at home. Dharmendra was born on 8 December 1935 in Sahnewal village of Punjab. Worked in more than 300 films in a career spanning 65 years and he holds the record for most hit films in Hindi cinema.

Dharmendra debuted with Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere in 1960 and became popular in the 1960s. His Aayi Milan Ki Bela, Phool Aur Patthar and Aaye Din Bahar Ke gave him overnight popularity in this decade. At the same time, he was given the status of Heisman, which continues even today. From Sholay to Yamla Pagla Deewana, all his films have been fans’ favourites. Dharmendra has given many memorable films like Sholay, Dharamveer, Chupke Chupke, Mera Gaon Mera Desh and Dream Girl. Recently he was seen in Shahid Kapoor-Kriti Sanon’s film ‘Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’. Now he will soon be seen in Agastya Nanda’s film “Ikkis”, which will be released on December 25. The trailer of this film has been released, in which Dharmendra was seen in a spectacular style.
