Delhi: There are reports of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja being traded to Rajasthan Royals soon. It is being told that this high-profile deal can be done to get Sanju Samson. However, there has been no official confirmation on this trade yet. If this deal is finalized then Jadeja will return to Rajasthan Royals after 16 years. He has been a part of the team in the 2008 and 2009 seasons.

Jadeja’s Instagram account disappeared

On Sunday, the discussion on social media increased when fans noticed that Jadeja’s official Instagram account ‘royalnavghan’ suddenly disappeared. Jadeja is usually very active on social media and keeps posting about his love and dedication for CSK. At present it is not clear whether he himself deactivated the account or it was hacked.

Jadeja’s IPL journey

Jadeja started his IPL career in 2008 with Rajasthan Royals, where he played under the captaincy of Shane Warne. After this he played for Kochi Tuskers in 2011 and then joined Chennai Super Kings in 2012.

He has been an important player for CSK and has played a big role in the team’s three IPL trophy wins. In the 2023 final, Chennai won the title by batting the last over against Gujarat Titans.

Jadeja has played 254 IPL matches so far, which is the fifth highest figure for any player. He is the highest wicket taker of CSK, with 143 wickets in his name. Along with this, along with MS Dhoni, he has won the title of Player of the Match for the team maximum 16 times.
