Sydney Thunder (ST W) are all set to face Hobart Hurricanes (HH W) in match No. 2 of the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) 2025 at the Allan Border Field in Brisbane on Sunday, November 9.
Sydney Thunder were eliminated in the Challenger last year by Brisbane Heat. In the T20 Spring Challenge, they won two games and lost as many, finishing at No. 6 on the points table. Thunder have a fine mix of youth and experience and will look to have a solid campaign this year.
On the other hand, Hobart Hurricanes, coached by Jude Coleman, will be one of the favourites to go the distance this season.
They will have the services of Nat Sciver-Brunt this season, and if she is in form, it will bode well for the Hurricanes, who won the T20 Spring Challenge last month. ST W vs HH W Match Details
