The Police Commissioner has taken major action against the team that entered the court of Aligarh district and arrested the accused in the Santhali double murder case that took place in Jarcha area of ​​Greater Noida police station. Following the order of Aligarh District Judge, four inspectors and two constables of Noida have been suspended. Jarcha Kotwal has also been sent to the line. Noida Commissionerate has informed SSP Aligarh regarding this action. The report will also be sent to District Judge Aligarh.

Last Thursday, two shooters Sachin Gurjar and Bobby Tongra alias Pehalwan, accused in the double murder that took place in Sainthli village of Greater Noida, had reached Aligarh to surrender in the court. There, Noida Police had a tussle with the lawyers in arresting Sachin. Against this, Aligarh Bar Association had given a memorandum to the District Judge Aligarh and the Chief Justice of UP High Court.

On the basis of investigation, the District Judge had termed this action of the police as a serious lapse in the security of the citizen. In its order it was said that action should be taken against the police team against unauthorized entry without prior permission and arbitrary activities. In this sequence, from the level of Noida Police Commissioner, the investigator of the double murder case, Kotwal Sumanesh Kumar, has been put on the line. Jarcha Inspector Shivam Pradhan, Inspector Prince Yadav, Inspector Lalit Gangwar, Constable Gaurav, who were part of the police team that went to Aligarh, and Dadri Kotwali Inspector Bharat Kumar and Diwan Sohanveer have been suspended.

At the same time, District Judge Aligarh has also given instructions to take action against the negligence of UPSSF in the security of the court. In this case, the investigation into the role of the security personnel engaged in Diwani on the day of the incident has been handed over to the Deputy Commander from the level of SSF Commandant. In this regard, Commander Ramsuresh Yadav himself says that some negligence has come to light at the level of our staff. This is being investigated. Action will be taken on the basis of the investigation report.

Gautam Buddha Nagar Police Commissionerate’s Additional Police Commissioner Rajiv Narayan Mishra said that the in-charge of Jarcha police station has been put on the line. Six other policemen have been suspended.
